課程概述

落葉性溫帶果樹在世界果樹產業及科學研究上有重要之地位,雖然台灣地處亞熱帶,對落葉果樹的栽培與研究亦有相當的歷史及發展潛力。此一課程,將以概論方式引導修課同學認識落葉果樹之特徵,需求及產學趨勢,並藉著各論及實物使同學熟悉重要之落葉果樹種類。 

課程目標
課程設計目標在藉課程講授、實物見習、及分組討論使修課同學熟悉落葉果樹之重要性、生長發育之特徵、栽培管理上之需求、及現今落葉果樹產業發展之趨勢及科學研究之重點。 
課程要求
修課同學需盡可能出席並全程參與,視修課人數而定,修課同學將分組並擇一專題做期末報告。
